The good news is that the product data platform you need already exists. We keep it up to date and grow it according to our customers’ objectives. All you need to do is subscribe or pre-order the products you are interested in to build your product scope, and kick off your Deck adventure.
2 - Recreate your environments and build a platform that truly resembles you
Having a product database is good, but relying on a custom database, adapted to everyone and usable by everyone is even better! With Deck, customisation is not optimal. Of course, this involves implementing your colours and logos, but most importantly, you will find your internal organisation (countries, subsidiaries, agencies, services, etc.) perfectly modelled in entities. By synchronising the data specific to your environments with Deck entities, each user will benefit from what makes THEIR environment special: its product references, catalogues, inventory plan, sales plan and consumption. We don’t simplify reality, we accurately model it, and in this sense, you’ll feel right at home on our platform!
3 – Offer a custom experience to each of your users
Once the platform has been customised, you can provide access to your users by specifying:
- the environments they can access (entities)
- the modules they can access (profiles)
- the actions they are allowed to make on the platform (licence)

4 - Start taking advantage of your platform and included modules!

Even better, Deck automatically creates as many catalogues as you have storage points, sales plans, subsidiaries, agencies, factories or workshops. Each member of your organisation has access to the right catalogues, adapted to their specific situation and context, to achieve their objectives. Whether they are a User or Power user, they can in turn generate simple or dynamic catalogues to showcase the product selections, which they will streamline, sort, benchmark, monitor, enrich or disseminate with ease to achieve their specific objectives.
