List of available modules
When creating a profile, an administrator can select different modules to make them available to users operating under that profile. Here is a list of these modules.
These modules are split into 4 main themes:
- Basic modules
- Modules related to Business Intelligence
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) modules
- Administrator modules
Basic Modules
Children entities
Activating this module allows users to navigate between various entities directly from the homepage.
In this example, the breadcrumb trail (#PPEdemo > #Distributors > #Red) helps you locate your current (entity #Red).
This module allows you to navigate within:
- The parent entities (#PPEdemo and #Distributors)
- The children entities (Paris and Lyon children entities for easy access)
If you hold the permission to access the current entity, you can use this module to add a new child entity.
Perimeter Catalogue
The “Perimeter Catalogue” module allows you to display all the catalogues linked to the entity directly from the homepage. If you are an admin, you can add a new catalogue to the current entity directly from this module.
Search Card
Activating this module displays the Search Card directly on the homepage.
If you decide against it, it remains accessible on all pages by clicking on the button to the right of the search bar.
Official search only
The “Official Search” module allows you to limit your product search to items only featured in your entity’s catalogues. During your search, your entity’s filter is automatically added.
For example, in my #Demo entity, you have a catalogue of 349 products that defines your product perimeter. When you perform a search, your entity’s filter is automatically added and the search is conducted within the perimeter of these 349 products.
Product overview
The product overview displays the first 8 products featured in the catalogues related to the current entity.
For example, in my #Red entity, you can see 8 products from your perimeter of 1,034 products.
Search silhouette
The “Search silhouette” module allows you to display a graphic representation of a wearer directly on the homepage. You can click on one of the product families to open your entity’s official catalogue for the desired family. If you do not have an official catalogue in your entity, the consumption catalogue will be used as reference.
Private technical data
This module allows you to display on the product page all the properties specific to your company such as PIM data, specific references, batch numbers, lab test results, etc.
For example, let’s open the entity of fictitious distributor Red and search for the glove “Showa 465”. The glove is listed on the sales plan of Paris, Lyon and Marseilles agencies, but only on the inventory plan in Paris and Lyon.
Manufacturer Matrix
The “Manufacturer Matrix” module allows you to display on the homepage all manufacturers listed within your entity’s perimeter. Clicking on one of the manufacturers in the matrix opens a search with this manufacturer as a filter.
Automatic substitution
The automatic substitution feature allows users to visualise all existing technical alternatives right from the product page. These alternatives are suggested according to technical criteria defined by the Deck product team.
For example: In the entity of fictitious distributor Red, we can access the product page for glove “G-Tek GP 34-500”, and find 21 suggested substitutions as well as the criteria used to outline these substitutions.

BI
Top products
This module allows you to display the 6 best-selling products on the homepage, ranked per sales volume.
BI by product family
This module allows users to display sales volume information on the homepage, grouped by product family.
Product inventories
Product inventories allow you to find all available stocks, grouped by size.
Product consumption
Activating this module makes it possible to display consumption figures on each product page, within the current entity and in the children entities. Overall consumption for the entity combine consumption figures from all children entities.
CRM
Product REX
The REX (return on experience) module allows you to display on an entity’s homepage all the product comments filed on this entity or its children entities.
Recorded price
The “Recorded price” module allows Deck contributors to add a recorded price to a specific product. To be relevant, a price must be linked to a specific context. This way, you know the volume, sale location, the seller and the buyer who set this price. You can also learn about the contributor’s name as well as the date on which they recorded the information.
Workstations
The “Workstation” module allows you to share the workstation(s) on which the product is used. Once again, the entity lets you define the context of the workstation.
In the example below, let’s pick the “Red” entity, and the product page for glove “Krytech 586”. The workstation assigned to the product is listed, as well as the entity on which the workstation was input.
Each entity lists the workstations related to it or to its children entities.
